ITS BEEN CONFIRMED BY THE STATE BOARD OF ELECTIONS THAT - CURRENTLY the "entity" known as The Baltimore County Republican Central Committee is ILLEGITIMATE having failed to timely file it's operational BYLAWS as required by Maryland State Law and directed by the Maryland State Republican Party rules and regulations (THE STATE PARTY BYLAWS....IS the superior governing document after the Constitution and laws of Maryland).
ON MAY 12, 2023, I made an official inquiry to authorities in Maryland State government concerning compliance with State law and subsequently received detailed unimpeachable confirmation on MAY 16, 2023 THAT the Baltimore County Republican Central Committee was in breach of that provision. This comes as no surprise, because
☝🏽 THIS is what happens when those put in leadership roles are not suited for it and lack the requisite intelligence necessary to hold official or managerial positions....

THEREFORE, THE LOGICAL CONCLUSION of my findings is: that any official action taken since October 10, 2022 by the County Central Committee (BCRCC) as construed (interpreted) by the most recent version of it's governing document is annulled, voided, improper and possibly unlawful; like "fruit of the poisonous tree". #NewtonSaidIt
AS ALL PARTY Bylaws (state & local county) are public documents, everyone should review them, study and learn the correct procedure that each entity is required to follow during the conduct of business....
👉🏽 then MUST attend the monthly public meetings and "help them fulfill their obligation" to FOLLOW THE BYLAWS‼️😉
✳️ The publication of Party Bylaws is a commendable display of transparency & leadership by State Chairwoman Harris to educate Party officials on their proper duties and hopefully reign in "rogue" members while providing the public the necessary tools to hold them accountable.
♦️ REPUBLICAN VOTERS MUST DEMAND THEIR STATE AND COUNTY CENTRAL COMMITTEE OFFICIALS ACCOUNT FOR THEIR ACTIONS WHEN THEY OPERATE OUTSIDE OF THEIR AUTHORITY. THE MDGOP BELONGS TO THE PEOPLE NOT TO A FEW "UNCHECKED" TYRANTS‼️
