HEARTLAND INSTITUTE

February 14, 2024

YOU MAY HAVE HEARD....šŸ¤”

The other day, Heartland Institute Editorial Director Chris Talgo made available to the public/the media/and interested parties, an analysis of The Heartland Instituteā€™s blockbuster poll from December 2023 which found that one in four voters who used MAIL-IN BALLOTS IN THE 2020 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION ADMITTED TO SUBMITTING AN ILLEGAL VOTE ā€”

šŸ‘‰šŸ½Activities like voting in a state in which you are not a permanent resident,

šŸ‘‰šŸ½filling out a ballot that is not your own, or

šŸ‘‰šŸ½signing a ballot that was not your own.

Whether or not those illegal activities were done with malice or by accident, those votes still should NOT have been counted in the 2020 presidential electionā€¼ļø Period.

As a follow-up, Chris and others at Heartland analyzed the data collected to see how various levels of this illegal voting activity with MAIL-IN BALLOTS ā€” again, admitted to by Americans in their survey ā€” would have affected the 2020 Election in the six close swing states.

Out of 29 separate scenarios, when the level of illegal votes cast was incrementally lowered, Donald Trump would have won, not Biden, in 26 out of the 29 study tracts analyzed.

Have a look by using the links attached to view the results of that poll and analysis for yourself and be sure to visit Heartland Institute for other important information.

ā™¦ļøSome of the most noteworthy findings from the Heartland study include:

>21% of MAIL-IN voters admitted that in 2020 they voted in a state where they are ā€œno longer a permanent resident.ā€

>21% of MAIL-IN voters admitted that they filled out a ballot for a friend or family member

>17% of MAIL-IN voters said they signed a ballot for a friend or family member ā€œwith or without his or her permission.ā€

>19% of MAIL-IN voters said that a friend or family member filled out their ballot, in part or in full, on their behalf.

After examining the raw survey data provided by Rasmussen, Heartland found that 28.2% of all MAIL-IN respondents admitted to committing at least one of the four types of fraud asked in the survey, meaning that more than one-in-four ballots cast by mail in 2020 were likely cast fraudulently, and thus should not have been counted.

THEN COMPARE, the RECONCILIATION REPORT under the direction of Lewis Porter, Maryland 20-20 Watch from the previous presidential election cycle (2016).

āœ³ļø (The is the only actual detailed audit ever published of each precinct in Baltimore City). Because this particular election ended in controversy upon the State Board of Election's findings of massive "irregularities", the results were illegally "certified", then "decertified" and finally "recertified" WITHOUT RECOUNTING A SINGLE BALLOT or addressing ANY of the problems attributing to the failure - because of this, it presented a perfect case for review, research and investigation into WHAT WENT WRONG)ā€¼ļø

We followed this report up with in person on-the-record testimony recorded by the Baltimore City Council and presented hard copies of our data to them AND the provided expert testimony in various committee hearings in Maryland Legislature.

AND those documented discoveries were confirmed by the (NON-PARTISAN, despite its name) Maryland State Republican Party Election Integrity Special Subcommittee's 2017 "MDREIC REPORT & RECOMMENDATIONS", chaired by William T. Newton & Charlene Cowan.

The MDREIC REPORT

(the first of it's kind)

with it's Recommendations was then published October 2017 and nationally distributed. It included footnoted "live link" references to local media reports, the Maryland State Legislature's own 10 year internal review and other pertinent information that provided support for the Subcommittee's unbiased findings.....some of which was derived from informal public hearings around the State, collecting testimony from registered voters representing the two majority political parties, 3rd party & independent voters that participated in the 2016 election process. It was independently copywrited and published under the "Fair Use Doctrine" by the Chairs, without editorial control from the Maryland Republican Party to preserve it's integrity.
